Ricky was seen chatting with crew members between takes whilst donning a face mask, and was even seen getting behind the camera.

The comedian made a quick outfit change before leaving set.

The star also took to his page again to update fans with a behind the scenes picture yesterday.
Ricky had a huge grin on his face as he posed for a picture in his character’s attire and a director’s clapboard.
He simply wrote: “Action!”

After Life first hit our screens back in March 2019 and was followed by a second series in April 2020.
It follows a man called Tony and his struggles as he comes to terms with losing his beloved wife Lisa.
Despite touching upon serious subjects such as suicide and depression, the programme has been a huge hit because of Gervais’ quick wit and dark humour.
